Look we all need a little EXTRA motivation. I’ve been through the ups and downs, failures and bumps in the road that comes allong with starting and FINISHING a workout program. If it was as easy as “Eat right & Exercise” then we wouldn’t quit at the 3 week mark so often. It’s the lack of motivation and accountability that makes the pattern of starting a workout, doing great, having a little slip up become a week long FAIL and then starting all over again repeat and repeat.

 

We’re HERE to help! We give all our clients acountability and daily support they can count on! With online challenge groups, text messaging and emails to KEEP them motivated and STAY on track throughout the the ENTIRE workout program. …Wait you ALREADY have a beachbody coach?

 

It’s not uncommon to want to change the Beachbody Coach that is assigned to you. Maybe your assigned Coach doesn’t interact with you, maybe they don’t INSPIRE you to push forward, or maybe they’re just not cool like me ;) Hah! Well you’re in luck because Beachbody allows customers to change the Coaches assigned to them.

 

So to change your Coach to us all you have to do is send an email to Beachbody at Customerservice@teambeachbody.com letting them know you would like to switch Coaches to Coach Barbarian, aka Barbara Lindsey Coach ID 109876. This will take about 3 days to go through. OR you can also call Team Beachbody Coach Relations Department at 1-800-240-0913 and they can switch your Coach over the phone INSTANTLY!!   

 

CAUTION: Don’t make ANY purchases UNTIL the coach switch has been officially changed or the purchase may go to your previous coach! Just for safety after your first purchase shoot us a message letting us know youve made a purchase so I can check to make sure it went through correctly. ….also because we want to give ya a BIG CONGRATS and get ya started on creating that action plan to reach your goals asap!

  1. I just sent an email requesting a coach change. I confess, what sold me on you was the fact that you admit to hating ab workouts, getting suddenly “busy” when it is time for them and saying they hurt. I really dislike exercising, so having someone constantly talk about how great it is really doesn’t work for me.

  2. Been getting amazing results for the 1st month of insanity. I don’t know why, but I’ve been putting on weight or seem to once I started the second month. Any idea why?

    • Hey Joshua! Im happy to help ya out. What do you mean by “seem to” be putting on weight? Have you taken your measurements, photos and weight? Also do you have a free beachbody coach helping you through Insanity? Month two is a whole other beast and the extra help comes in handy.

  3. Hi Audrey. I stasred Insanity in March of this year and with the exception of a week off here and there I cycled through it about three times. 5 weeks ago I started T25 and tonight I start my first week of Beta. Gamma is already bought and on the way. I loved insanity especially the second month. I love Shakeology and take it daily (Vanilla is the bomb) I liked the first month of T25 especially the full body circuit (I think that workout is tougher than any Insanity workout). I am lookng for a coach – I have one assigned to me but I have never interacted with them. I have a lot of ideas of what I want to do after gamma and I just need to bounce ideas off and work with somebody. One other item. I go to the Gym early in the morning (5 am) and do T25 when I get home from work (6 – 7 PM). Need to talk about that too!!.. Let me know if you would be available as a coach. Thanks

  4. Hi…..Last March I started Insanity and with about three weeks of f I have been able to get through Insantiy 3 times. I started T25 and I am in the first week of Beta. I have Gamma and doing that next after I finish Beta. I have a coach that has been assigned to me but I have not worked with them. I am interested in a coach and wondered if you would be interested. Please let me know if you are available. Thanks

    • Hey Dan! We would be happy to coach ya! For some reason this post didn’t get emailed to me so I just saw it now. Sorry about that! Go ahead and go to the “Free Coaching” tab to get instructions on how to change coaches to us. Then shoot me an email on the “contact” tab or from your Beachbody free account and well get ya updated to coach ya through it!

  5. Hi Audrey! While I was waiting for my Focus T25 to arrive I found you through a youtube video. I remembered you and how excited you were sounding and I just had to have you as my coach! I did the process of doing the coaching change over the phone. I Do go to the gym at 6am every morning and will be starting the T25 on November 18, 2013 I am a psychology major working on my masters degree at the present time and I am thinking of wanting to become a coach as well, can you give me any pointers on how to be successful at this? Also, with my workouts! Thank you very much!

  6. Hi there. I am finishing up Gamma this week. Have truly loved t25. Have been very vigilant and at 48 have seen great results. I use Shakeology and Endurance/Energy and Recovery Formula daily. I want to at some point do the Reset detox but for the next month as a follow up to Gamma, what is recommended? Thanks a lot.
