Focus T25 Workout Review of Speed 1.0 This workout was far more fast paced than the previous Focus T25 workout “Cardio.” This workout would alternate between pushing a certain muscle group to the MAX and then taking a moment to stretch. It’s amazing that it’s only 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week! Get in, Get out, Get focused!
