Focus T25 Results
I was so STOKED to see my Focus T25 results showing when I stepped on the scale! HOLY CRAP! I had lost 4 pounds in 6 days! SERIOUSLY! It was hard for me to ever lose any weight. In fact when I finished my first round of Insanity I actually GAINED 6 pounds! Now how’s that for a slap in the face right?!
But this time it was different….I was actually seeing some changes happen in just 6 days! I could only image how I’ll look in 10 weeks at the end of this! You see I’ve always struggled with my weight. Ever since I was in high school I was know as the chubby girl….and granted I was. Wearing a size 16 and only able to shop in the “big girl” stores, I knew what I looked like. But in time I was able to clean up my eating and start exercising to lose almost all that weight. So here I am looking at the scale saying I’ve lost 4 pounds in 6 days. Yep! Those are some Focus T25 results that I’m ready to celebrate!
Focus T25 Results : NUTRITION
This week I think the nutrition was the biggest obstacle in getting the focus t25 results that I want so badly. It seemed like there was temptation on every corner telling me to “have just a little bite” or ” no one will know” or even as stupid as ” you deserve it.” Funny, do some of these sound familiar? Well I am very happy to report that I stayed STRONG and didn’t give in one single bit! I said no to the tiramisu and wine at my sisters birthday party. I said no to the donuts everyone else was eating. I even said no to the Jr. Mints and soda at the movies. It wasn;t easy, but luckily each time I was prepared by either packing healthy snacks for myself or just making sure that I didn’t show up hungry to start with. Crazy to think but those simple things are what got me the focus t25 results that I’m sharing with you today. Nutrition is 85% of the battle.
Focus T25 Results : Fitness
I was TURBO CHARGED this week with my workouts! Perhaps it was just the excitement to get started towards my Focus T25 results, but I was ROCKIN my workouts! My muscles felt strong and fully charged to hit the workouts hard. Granted I would get tired towards the end, but for some reason getting myself to do the workout in the first place just wasn’t hard. I normally start to find excuses very quickly not to workout, but 25 minutes is just such a short time that it didn’t seem like such a big deal. Back when I was doing the hour long Insanity workouts I had a very hard time consistently pushing play. I know that giving each and every workout all I got will get me the Focus T25 results that I’m wanting….and earning!
