The Focus T25 Workout Schedule is built for you to Get In. Get Focused. Get out! It’s the longest 25 minutes of your life!

Focus T25 workout schedule is in three phases. They walk down Greek row Alpha, Beta and Gamma. Alpha phase focuses more on resistance and cardio. The Beta phase is more centralized on your core and Gamma phase is more resistance and agility. Unlike Insanity where each section of time is plotting out when you should switch, Focus T25 phases are not set in stone. Similar to the original Power 90 program ( the program that predated P90x aka Power 90 Extreme) Focus T25 Workout schedule goes in phases that are to be changed when you feel it is time to switch. It really has a lot to do with you feeling out your body and knowing when is the right time to step it up again. 

It may be one of the hardest workouts you’ve ever done, but if you stay FOCUSED and give it all you’ve got then those 25 minutes will get you the results you’ve been always wanting. Ripped abs, tight hips, lifted butt and cardio to the MAX! The Focus T25 Workout schedule is tough, but with the right focus you’ll be in and out in no time!

    • Sorry about that! We got distracted by the HUGE demand for T25! Well get the videos posted by the end of the week….as well as announce the the information about the upcoming Focus T25 Delta Phase.

  6. T25, I am looking forward to trying this program. I have some questions.
    1) Do I need to purchase from You any other items such as shakes or food? Or anything else?

    2) After Alpha, then Beta, and now it looks like Gamma. What do you do??? Repeat???

    3) Do you have to purchase Gamma separate??? If so, why?

      1) you don’t HAVE TO purchase the program through me but when you purchase after assigning me as your free coach you do get some free gifts with your purchase. One includes a FREE workout DVD. I personally use Shakeology with ALL my workout programs to ensure I get the absolute best results from my workouts.
      2) This of it as a trilogy. You buy Alpha/Beta and then move on to Gamma. You can repeat Alpha/Beta as many times as you want or theres even a hybrid version with all of them put together.
      3) why….well shoot I don’t know. All i know is the work program works!
